Landscape Laborer (Part-Time, No Hour Guarantee)

Position Overview
As a Landscape Laborer, you’ll work directly with our team on a variety of landscaping projects. This role includes tasks such as mowing lawns, edging, mulching, planting, hedge trimming, brush removal, seasonal cleanups, and more. Each day brings something new, and you’ll play an important role in keeping our clients’ properties looking their best.

This position is part-time and seasonal in nature. Hours may vary week-to-week depending on customer demand, weather conditions, and workload. At times, there may be limited hours available, so candidates should be comfortable with a flexible schedule and understand there is no weekly hour guarantee.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with lawn maintenance, mowing, trimming, and edging

• Perform mulching, planting, and weeding tasks as assigned

• Support seasonal cleanups (spring and fall) by removing leaves, sticks, and debris

• Trim hedges, shrubs, and small trees under supervision

• Safely use landscaping tools and equipment after training

• Maintain a clean and organized worksite

• Work as part of a team to complete projects on time and to company standards

 

Qualifications

Required:

• At least 18 years of age

• Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs

• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold, etc.)

• Strong work ethic and punctuality

• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to follow direction

Preferred (but not required):

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Previous landscaping, lawn care, or outdoor labor experience

• Comfort using hand tools, trimmers, blowers, or other equipment
